20 Time Glows and Grows

This week I will be reviewing my progress throughout the year with a segment already known to this site: Glows and Grows. Glows and Grows consisted of seeing the parts of the project where we grew, whether it be technological or mentally to physically or figuratively.
1. What areas do you still need to grow? I still need to grow and lengthen my experience in time management and consistency in blog posts.
