Expectation vs. Reality

Veggies All the Time
I've been a full-time vegetarian for just under a week now and I'm hoping to see that the results come out clear. I still have a little trouble finding things to eat and trying to stay full. This week has been such an experience and I'm happy to share in the following question:
1. What did you accomplish this week?
I learned things about this diet that I never knew before. I thought that all my meals were going to be salads or just veggies but actually, there is a lot more to being vegetarian than what people tell you. Also, my mother and I have a few friends who are vegetarians so we asked then about places we could try, things that we could eat, places we could shop etc. They gave us lots of answers and we were glad to see that among the places listed, were a few Chinese restaurants. We tried out one of the places and their food was amazingly and surprising good. I was happy that I could continue this project while keeping dishes from my culture.
2. What are you working on right now?
As of right now, I am continuing my diet and tracking the progress of my health and growth. I found that I have the tendency to feel more hungry. The doctor did say that this would happen because I don't eat enough filling things during actual meals. To replace the vitamins and nutrients derived from meats, I have been taking supplements in the morning as well as eating nuts and more fruits that ever. I am satisfied with my results because I have been feeling more and more energized and have been sleeping less in history and math classes and actually paying attention without feeling that I didn't have enough sleep.
3. What do you plan to do next week?
I plan to continue my food restriction process and see what happens. From what I'm seeing right now, I don't think much will change. So far, my weight has stayed primarily the same and so has my height. I feel a little more energized throughout the day but I'm not sure if that's because of the food I'm digesting or the time I go to sleep. Next week will be all about catching the little things that happen and noticing the simple nothings that really mean everything in this project. I hope that everything goes as planned and just as smoothly.
4. Weekly/ Monthly Deliverables
