1; What did you accomplish this week?
This past week I concluded my month of vegetarian diet successfully. I recorded results during and directly after the process. Ultimately I found that being a vegetarian comes with many benefits as well as many drawbacks. A benefit being how being vegetarian encourages you to try new and different recipes or food. A drawback being, of course, not being able to eat meat and obtain the nutrients provided by meat mainly being protein and other vitamins.


2; What are you working on right now?
As of the moment I am summing up the results of my food intake and weight recorded through the month. From this I will be able to see if going vegetarian has changed anything significantly or insignificantly. I found that being a vegetarian makes you more hungry faster and easily wich made me crave eating more than usual. Also, I was almost always craving some sort of meat which meant that I often lost my appetites because I wasn’t allowed to eat what I wanted.


3; What do you plan to do next week?
Next week I will make a collection of all the new restaurants and new recipes that were tasted and tried during the month. I will then share this collection with you all on a blog post some other week. It will also contain my thoughts before and after and how I think it affected me emotionally and physically. I will also do a quick research on the statistics of being a vegetarian and the benefits for the environments. I have found many non-profit associations that publicly stand up for animal rights.
