All Time High
2/28
Positive Progression
These past few weeks have gone by so quickly and I am happy to say that I will be finally going vegetarian tomorrow. It is not a thing of the future because it is now here. As always, here are the questions and answers:
1. What did you accomplish this week?
This week I went grocery shopping with my parents for the second time in a row! We went to Trader Joe's, as per usual to every week, and bought all the necessary items for our new diet coming this Thursday. I have no idea how my body will react to it or if it will even react at all.
2. What are you working on right now?
At this very moment, there is nothing going on. But tomorrow, will be new and interesting. Starting with breakfast, there will be no change because my cereal is already vegan. Lunch will be more difficult because all the foods served at school have meats. Dinner will be cooked by my mom. The idea of vegetarianism was once just an idea to me but now it has become a reality.
3. What do you plan to do next week?
Next week is the official start of my project. I will be trying out new foods, seeing changes in my health, and figuring out exactly how to be vegetarian. This will be an exciting yet tedious journey that I am willing to take. At the beginning of the school year, I never thought I would have to do anything like this, especially for a project this big. I'm glad that everything has come together well so far.
4. Monthly/ Weekly Deliverable
Below is a chart of what I have been doing for the past month. It shows the progress that has taken place from the the beginning of the month until now.
